Recently we have had to develop a return policy, as we realized we are just losing too much money. It takes us time to pack and ship your orders as well as to put them back into inventory. We also have credit card fees to pay, which can be quite high. So here is our policy:

- Anything defective can, of course, be returned for a full exchange, credit, or refund. We will be responsible for return shipping on defective items.

Our mission is to provide organic and non-toxic products at more affordable prices. Whenever possible, we include the shipping in the purchase price. On some items, the profit is so low and the shipping so high that I cannot do free shipping. We use recycled packaging and never charge a handling fee. Free shipping refers to ground shipping only. Most orders are shipped the day I receive them, or the next day, if it is in-stock merchandise. Items that are handcrafted have a notation next to them letting you know how long of a wait to expect.

We have recently switched over to UPS shipping after losing several packages through USPS. UPS provides tracking and insurance. On occasion I will ship USPS Priority when their flat rate boxes make it a better deal. If you need USPS because you have no UPS address, just contact us and let us know. If you have received a ship charge that seems too high, please call us and we will adjust it. The shipping calculator on this website is on occasion unreliable.

As for ordering Organic Mattresses or Pacific Rim Furniture, we will get you a price quote for actual shipping charges and get your approval before any orders are placed or you are billed. We will work to find you the best shipping option to keep costs low. If you are in the Garberville, CA area - it may be cheaper to pick up at our store, as we do "batch orders" that cut shipping costs way down. There is still a ship charge, as we are charged shipping from the manufacturer to our store, but it is considerably less than having a freight company deliver it. This "in store" ship charge, is included in the purchase price and may cause our in store prices to vary somewhat from the website prices. If you live between Southern California and San Francisco, shipping will be more reasonable (than pricey freight companies) as our mattress company's truck delivers to that area.

***Organic Grace will not charge your credit card account until your item is shipped. Large and expensive items over $100 and some special order items will be charged at the time the order is placed with our distributor. Custom orders such as Bedding, Furniture items and others will be charged at the time of order. All Returned checks and credit card charges are subject to a 35.00 service charge.
